1) Walkthrough & Scope

On-site walkthrough in New Haven County and across CT. We confirm surfaces, access, repairs, and the paint system before pricing.
2) 48-Hour Line-Item Estimate

You receive a written, line-item estimate within 48 hours with options, prep notes, and what’s included — no vague totals.
3) Protection & Prep

Floor and landscaping protection, scraping/sanding, patching, caulking, and stain blocking where needed. Prep is where durability starts.
4) Two-Coat Application System

Primer as needed, then finish coats with consistent coverage. We follow manufacturer specifications for adhesion, dry times, and sheen.
5) Final Walkthrough & Clean Closeout
